Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures.
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries and resolving travel-related concerns.
- Ensure compliance with security and safety regulations at the airport.
- Assist in flight scheduling, gate assignments, and coordinating with airlines.
- Handle ticketing, reservation modifications, and passenger documentation.
- Manage baggage claims, lost luggage reports, and special service requests.
- Support airport operations by coordinating with cabin crew, security, and airline staff.
- Ensure smooth boarding processes and assist travelers with directions and flight information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in English (regional language proficiency is a plus).
- Basic computer skills for handling reservations and ticketing.
- Physically fit to handle airport-related tasks such as baggage assistance.
