As a Linehaul Driver, you will be responsible for transporting freight between service centers across the country, ensuring timely and damage-free delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety policies.


• Transport freight efficiently between service centers while maintaining on-time schedules.


• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment to ensure operational safety and compliance.


• Properly secure, handle, and protect freight from damage during transit.


• Communicate effectively with dispatch and terminal staff regarding delivery times, load issues, and routing.


• Maintain accurate driving logs, trip reports, and necessary documentation in accordance with FMCSA regulations.


• Adhere to all company standards regarding safety, professionalism, and customer service.


• Assist in loading and unloading freight as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with doubles/triples endorsement preferred.


• Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience (preferred).


• Clean driving record with no major moving violations or accidents in the past three years.


• Strong understanding of DOT regulations, Hours of Service (HOS), and vehicle inspection requirements.


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain strong attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and time management skills.


• Commitment to safety, integrity, and reliability.

Experience

• Minimum: 12 months of verifiable CDL Class A driving experience.


• Preferred: Previous LTL, regional, or linehaul experience with a reputable carrier.


• Proven track record of safe driving and dependability.

Working Hours

• Primarily overnight linehaul routes between terminals.


• Flexible schedule with consistent mileage opportunities.


• Home several times per week depending on route assignments.


• Full-time positions available with predictable schedules.

• Thorough knowledge of federal and state transportation laws.


• Ability to operate modern GPS and communication equipment.
