Job Summary
AeroBuild Systems, a leader in aerospace manufacturing and precision engineering, is seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Welder – High Precision to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in welding components for aircraft and spacecraft, ensuring the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and safety. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise in advanced welding techniques, and a commitment to producing components that meet strict aerospace standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-precision welding on aerospace components, including aluminum, titanium, and other high-strength alloys.
- Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Ensure adherence to FAA and company-specific safety and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections of welded components to verify structural integrity and compliance with tolerance levels.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are calibrated and functioning properly.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve welding processes and reduce defects.
- Document all welding activities, including reports on materials, techniques, and inspection results.
- Identify and troubleshoot welding defects and implement corrective actions promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Certification in Welding (e.g., AWS Certified Welder, TIG/MIG Certification) preferred.
- Expertise in TIG, MIG, and other advanced welding techniques.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace materials and metallurgical properties.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and schematics.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and quality assurance standards specific to aerospace manufacturing.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in precision welding, preferably in aerospace, aviation, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience working with high-strength alloys and specialized welding equipment.
- Experience in inspection and quality control procedures related to welding.
Working Hours
- Full-time position.
- Standard shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Overtime may be required based on project deadlines.

- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining precision.
