Job Summary
Prestige Metal Works is seeking a highly skilled Custom Metal Fabricator Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding custom metal components to meet precise specifications and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a passion for craftsmanship, ensuring our clients receive exceptional products every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to fabricate custom metal parts.
- Perform welding using various methods such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
- Cut, shape, and assemble metal components with precision and accuracy.
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring adherence to safety and manufacturing standards.
- Maintain welding equipment and workshop tools in proper working condition.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to optimize fabrication processes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, promoting a safe and organized workspace.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques: MIG, TIG, Stick/Arc.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and welding machines safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Experience
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience as a welder or metal fabricator in a manufacturing or custom fabrication setting.
- Prior experience with custom or artistic metal projects is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Occasional overtime may be required based on project deadlines.

- In-depth understanding of metal properties and welding safety protocols.
- Ability to maintain precision and quality under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
