Job Summary:
KitchenPro Metals is seeking a skilled Stainless Steel Welder Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling high-quality stainless steel products for commercial and residential kitchens. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various welding techniques to ensure the highest standards of quality and durability. The Stainless Steel Welder Technician will collaborate closely with production, design, and quality teams to deliver exceptional products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG, MIG, and Stick welding on stainless steel materials according to specifications and blueprints.
- Cut, shape, and assemble stainless steel components with precision and attention to detail.
- Inspect welded products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to improve welding processes and product quality.
- Troubleshoot welding issues and recommend solutions for efficiency and durability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a welder specializing in stainless steel fabrication.
- Proficiency in TIG, MIG, and Stick welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
- Strong understanding of welding safety standards and protocols.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in stainless steel welding or related metal fabrication.
- Experience in kitchen equipment or industrial fabrication is highly desirable.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position
- Standard hours: [Insert hours, e.g., Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM]
- Overtime may be required based on project deadlines.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of welding techniques, stainless steel properties, and fabrication methods.
