Key Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.

  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping, product information, billing, and returns.

  • Provide detailed guidance on product selection and care to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, inventory, and management, to resolve complex customer concerns.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and share customer feedback with relevant departments.

  • Uphold Chewy’s brand standards by delivering personalized, empathetic, and high-quality customer service.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in customer service, call center, or related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Suite).

  • Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions while maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Attention to detail, adaptability, and organizational skills.




Experience



  • Minimum of 1–2 years in customer service or support roles, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or pet industry.

  • Experience handling remote or virtual customer support operations is a plus.




Working Hours



  • Full-time remote position with flexible scheduling options.
