Job Summary:


Costco Wholesale is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Representatives to join our team. You will handle inquiries regarding orders, memberships, product information, and services while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Resolve issues related to memberships, orders, product availability, and returns.

  • Document member interactions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Costco products, services, policies, and promotions.

  • Provide feedback to improve customer support processes and enhance member satisfaction.

  • Meet performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.




Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

  • High level of professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.

  • Prior experience with CRM systems or call center software is a plus.




Experience:



  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail support preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience working remotely is an advantage.




Working Hours:



  • Flexible scheduling with availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
