Key Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, chat, or email.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft software, applications, and services.

  • Provide guidance and step-by-step instructions to assist customers in resolving issues independently.

  • Escalate complex technical issues to specialized support teams when necessary.

  • Document interactions and resolutions accurately in the company’s CRM system.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and provide feedback to management.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.

  • Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy in handling inquiries.

  • Basic technical knowledge of Microsoft products, software, and cloud services.

  • Ability to follow detailed processes and instructions accurately.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or support ticketing tools is a plus.




Experience



  • Prior experience in customer support, technical support, or related roles is highly desirable.

  • Experience with Microsoft products and services, including Office 365, Windows OS, or Azure, is advantageous.

  • Experience in remote work environments is preferred but not mandatory.




Working Hours



  • Flexible remote shifts available, including full-time and part-time options.
