  • Assist customers with flight bookings, ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds.

  • Provide accurate information about flight schedules, policies, travel restrictions, and loyalty programs.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently while adhering to company policies.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of complex customer issues.

  • Uphold United Airlines’ high standards of customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.

  • Comfortable with technology and able to learn company systems quickly.

  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude.




Experience



  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel industry preferred but not required.

  • Experience in remote work or using virtual communication tools is an advantage.
