Key Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

  • Assist customers with reservations, ticket changes, cancellations, and general travel questions.

  • Resolve complaints and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in internal systems.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance service quality.

  • Stay informed about airline policies, promotions, and service offerings to provide accurate information.

Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability in handling changing situations.




Experience



  • Prior customer service experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.

  • Experience in the airline, travel, or hospitality industry is a plus.




Working Hours



  • Full-time remote position.

  • Schedule may vary based on business needs, with opportunities for overtime.
