Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Hulu subscribers, addressing questions, concerns, and technical issues through chat, email, or phone support.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, providing accurate information and guidance regarding subscriptions, streaming devices, billing, and account management.

  • Escalate complex technical or billing issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our internal support system.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to continuously improve customer service processes and user satisfaction.

  • Stay up-to-date on Hulu products, features, promotions, and troubleshooting methods to deliver knowledgeable support.

  • Contribute to meeting individual and team performance goals, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction metrics.




Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a patient, empathetic, and professional approach.

  • Basic technical proficiency with computers, streaming devices, and web applications.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.




Experience:



  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center environments is highly desirable but not mandatory.

  • Experience with streaming services, online platforms, or subscription-based services is an advantage.




Working Hours:



  • Flexible shifts available, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate Hulu’s diverse subscriber base.
