Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce CallEdge Marketing products and services.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with leads to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain and update accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle objections professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, sales strategies, and outreach approaches.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and persuade potential clients over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Professional attitude and ability to handle rejection positively.
Experience
- Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Working Hours
- Flexible remote work schedule.
- Full-time: 8–9 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
- Some shifts may include weekends depending on business needs.
