Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage editorial calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.

  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to produce engaging multimedia content.

  • Analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve engagement, reach, and conversions.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Manage budgets related to content creation and promotion, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and content management best practices, tools, and technologies.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of digital content trends, SEO, and social media platforms.

  • Excellent editorial and copywriting skills with attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.




Experience



  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital content planning, content marketing, or online media management.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading content teams and executing successful digital campaigns.

  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms is preferred.




Working Hours



  • Full-time remote position.
