Job Summary
FulfillPro Warehousing is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Analyst to join our logistics and supply chain team in a fully remote capacity. This position plays a vital role in optimizing warehouse performance by analyzing data, tracking inventory movements, and identifying process improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about logistics, data-driven decision-making, and supporting efficient supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and fulfillment speed.
- Develop and maintain reports to track operational KPIs and support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with warehouse managers and logistics teams to identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows.
- Monitor and forecast inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and reduce overstock situations.
- Support the design and implementation of automated reporting dashboards.
- Assist in capacity planning, labor forecasting, and resource allocation across warehouse sites.
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and propose corrective measures.
- Coordinate with IT and operations teams to ensure system data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare detailed analytical summaries for leadership presentations and performance reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate insights under tight deadlines.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or data analysis preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce or fulfillment operations is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are also encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Flexible remote schedule with availability during core business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
- Occasional extended hours may be required during peak operational periods.
