Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound reservation requests via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers in booking accommodations, flights, and other travel-related services.
- Provide accurate information on room availability, pricing, and promotions.
- Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experiences and prompt problem resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Customer service experience in the travel, hospitality, or related industry.
- Familiarity with reservation software, online booking platforms, and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospitality reservations, travel booking, or customer service roles.
- Experience with remote work and virtual communication platforms is advantageous.
Working Hours
- Flexible remote schedule with the possibility of full-time or part-time shifts.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or evening shifts based on operational needs.
- Ability to adapt to multiple time zones when interacting with global clients.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web-based booking platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers remotely.
