Job Summary
HireConnect Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various industries while working remotely. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
- Develop job descriptions and assist hiring managers in defining role requirements.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in applicant tracking systems.
- Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment activities and candidate status.
- Promote HireConnect Solutions’ employer brand to attract high-quality talent.
- Stay updated with recruitment best practices, industry trends, and competitive market intelligence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (remote recruitment experience preferred).
- Experience in recruiting across multiple industries and job functions is advantageous.
Working Hours
