TalentHub Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and organized Remote HR Assistant to join our dynamic human resources team. The HR Assistant will play a key role in maintaining smooth HR operations, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.




Key Responsibilities



  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.

  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing welcome materials, collecting documentation, and coordinating orientation sessions.

  • Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and personnel files while ensuring data confidentiality.

  • Handle HR administrative tasks such as leave management, attendance tracking, and policy dissemination.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

  • Assist with HR reports, metrics, and compliance documentation as required.

  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.




Experience



  • Prior internship or exposure in HR or administrative roles is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; training and guidance will be provided.




Working Hours



  • Full-time: 40 hours per week.

  • Flexible working hours with remote work capability.

  • Some coordination with different time zones may be required.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying accountable.
