Job Summary
TalentHub Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and organized Remote HR Assistant to join our dynamic human resources team. The HR Assistant will play a key role in maintaining smooth HR operations, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing welcome materials, collecting documentation, and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and personnel files while ensuring data confidentiality.
- Handle HR administrative tasks such as leave management, attendance tracking, and policy dissemination.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Assist with HR reports, metrics, and compliance documentation as required.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Experience
- Prior internship or exposure in HR or administrative roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; training and guidance will be provided.
Working Hours
- Full-time: 40 hours per week.
- Flexible working hours with remote work capability.
