Key Responsibilities



  • Design, implement, and deploy machine learning models and pipelines for production environments.

  • Analyze large datasets to extract insights and identify opportunities for model improvements.

  • Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate models into existing systems.

  • Conduct experiments, test hypotheses, and validate model performance using appropriate metrics.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, and related fields.

  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and scale ML solutions for efficiency and accuracy.

  • Prepare clear documentation, reports, and technical guidelines for stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.

  • Strong proficiency in Python, with experience using ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

  • Solid understanding of algorithms, statistics, and machine learning concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, NLP, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.


Experience



  • 2–5 years of professional experience in machine learning, AI, or data science roles.

  • Proven track record of deploying ML models into production environments.

  • Experience working on end-to-end ML lifecycle projects.


Working Hours



  • Flexible remote working hours with availability for core collaboration windows (typically 10 AM – 4 PM GMT).

  • Full-time position with weekly team check-ins and progress reviews.
