SecureNet Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Online Cybersecurity Analyst to join our remote security team. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network traffic and systems for suspicious activities and potential breaches.

- Develop and maintain security tools, systems, and policies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with best practices in cybersecurity.
- Perform penetration testing and recommend system enhancements.
- Educate staff on security awareness and data protection practices.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, tools, and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Proven knowledge of firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and SIEM tools.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, cloud security, and endpoint protection.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles.
- Experience in remote monitoring and incident response preferred.
- Background in cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
Working Hours
- Flexible remote schedule with core availability during standard business hours.
- On-call availability may be required in case of critical security incidents.
