Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one online therapy and counseling sessions for clients across diverse backgrounds.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or related field.
- Professional license or certification to practice as a psychologist or counselor in your jurisdiction.
- Proven experience providing psychological counseling or therapy.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with clients.
- Proficiency in online communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) and digital record-keeping.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, therapy, or clinical psychology.
- Experience in online or telehealth counseling preferred.
- Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.
Working Hours:
- Flexible remote working hours.
