Job Summary
ChainLink Tech Labs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Blockchain Developer to join our innovative remote team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing blockchain solutions, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps). This role offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to cutting-edge projects in the blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts and blockchain-based applications.
- Maintain and optimize blockchain protocols to ensure system performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to implement blockchain solutions for real-world applications.
- Conduct code reviews, perform testing, and ensure adherence to best practices in blockchain development.
- Stay updated on emerging blockchain technologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to blockchain applications.
- Document processes, protocols, and development workflows for team and client reference.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in blockchain development and decentralized application (DApp) development.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Solidity, Rust, JavaScript, Python, or Go.
- Hands-on experience with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polkadot, or similar.
- Knowledge of smart contract development, testing, and deployment.
- Understanding of consensus algorithms, cryptography, and distributed ledger technologies.
- Familiarity with blockchain frameworks, SDKs, and APIs.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in blockchain development or related software engineering roles.
- Demonstrated portfolio of smart contracts, DApps, or blockchain solutions is highly desirable.
- Experience working in remote or collaborative international teams is a plus.
Working Hours
