Job Summary
ProManage Consulting is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Online Project Manager to lead and manage client projects remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining high client satisfaction. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and scope.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and translating them into actionable project plans.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, marketing, and operations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation, workflows, and processes are accurately maintained.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project management practices and client delivery processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present actionable insights.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience, with a track record of successfully managing remote projects.
- Experience handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously is preferred.
- Prior experience in consulting, digital services, or IT project management is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Flexible remote working hours with availability for client meetings and team coordination.
- Expected to manage workload efficiently to meet project deadlines across different time zones.
