Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design instructional materials, including e-learning modules, video lessons, and interactive content.


• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and content requirements.


• Apply instructional design theories and best practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences.


• Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner performance data to improve course effectiveness.


• Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with learning goals.


• Incorporate multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, and quizzes to enhance learner engagement.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends in e-learning, instructional technologies, and adult learning principles.


• Provide recommendations for improving course design, learner experience, and overall program quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.


• Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.).


• Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.).


• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and online course delivery platforms.


• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.


• Ability to design content for diverse learning styles and audiences.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative learning solutions.

Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of instructional design experience, preferably in e-learning or remote education.


• Experience designing online courses, corporate training programs, or educational content is highly desirable.
