Job Summary:
EduFlow Systems is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Online E-learning Course Designer to join our dynamic remote team. As an E-learning Course Designer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, interactive, and engaging online learning experiences for diverse learners across various domains. The ideal candidate will combine instructional design expertise with strong technological skills to create courses that are visually appealing, pedagogically sound, and aligned with our organizational learning objectives. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a global team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement interactive online courses, modules, and learning materials for various subjects.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to structure content effectively and ensure accuracy.
- Apply instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and best practices in e-learning development.
- Create multimedia-rich content including videos, animations, quizzes, simulations, and interactive exercises.
- Evaluate and improve course effectiveness using learner feedback, analytics, and assessment results.
- Ensure consistency in design, branding, and instructional quality across all e-learning materials.
- Maintain and update existing courses to reflect the latest knowledge and trends in e-learning.
- Support the implementation of Learning Management System (LMS) integrations and course deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard.
- Excellent visual design and multimedia development skills, including graphics, audio, and video.
- Solid understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in e-learning course design, instructional design, or educational content development.
- Proven track record of designing successful online courses or digital learning programs.
- Experience in remote collaboration with cross-functional teams is highly preferred.
Working Hours:
- Full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.
- Occasional meetings may require overlap with different time zones depending on project needs.
