In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing product listings across multiple online marketplaces. Key Responsibilities
- Create and upload product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, eBay, and Etsy.
- Write compelling product titles, descriptions, and bullet points optimized for SEO.
- Ensure product information, pricing, and images are accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to maximize product discoverability.
- Monitor and manage inventory updates, stock levels, and product variants.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure product images and content meet brand standards.
- Identify and resolve listing errors, duplicate entries, or compliance issues.
- Generate reports on product performance and suggest improvements to increase sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, Etsy).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimization for e-commerce.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in product listing, e-commerce management, or digital content management.
- Prior experience with online marketplaces and e-commerce tools is highly preferred.
Working Hours
- Flexible remote work schedule.
- Typical working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (local time), with flexibility based on project deadlines.
