Job Summary
ClaimSync Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Online Insurance Claims Processor to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Review and process various types of insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Verify documentation, assess claim validity, and determine appropriate coverage and payments.
- Communicate effectively with clients, policyholders, and internal teams regarding claim status and required information.
- Maintain detailed records of claims, decisions, and correspondence in the company’s claims management system.
- Identify potential fraudulent claims and escalate to the appropriate department for investigation.
- Ensure all claims are processed within established timelines to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve claims processes and enhance customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with claims management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple claims efficiently.
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in insurance claims processing, underwriting, or a related field.
- Experience in remote or virtual work environments is highly desirable.
Working Hours
