Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential leads.
- Maintain and update the company’s CRM system with client information, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Respond to online inquiries and engage with potential clients professionally and promptly.
- Assist in designing promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital graphics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar software).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online property listing platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, real estate marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is advantageous.
Working Hours

- Occasional coordination with clients or team members in different time zones may be required.
