Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, vacation packages, and other travel services.
- Provide personalized travel recommendations and solutions based on client preferences.
- Maintain accurate client records and booking details in the company CRM system.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with travel industry trends, airline policies, and destination information.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in using online booking platforms, travel portals, and CRM tools.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of travel regulations, airline ticketing, and hospitality services is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in travel sales, customer support, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
