Job Summary
GlobeTrek Travel is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Online Travel Consultants to join our remote team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel, have strong communication skills, and enjoy helping clients plan seamless and memorable travel experiences. As an Online Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through travel planning, providing expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and itineraries, and ensuring an exceptional level of service while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients through email, chat, and video calls to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Research, plan, and recommend tailored travel packages, flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel services.
- Provide timely and accurate quotes, travel itineraries, and booking confirmations.
- Assist clients with travel documentation, visa information, and special requirements.
- Resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, airline policies, and global destinations.
- Collaborate with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and tour operators to ensure the best possible deals for clients.
- Document client interactions and maintain organized records of bookings and communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of travel booking platforms, CRM systems, and online research tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of visa requirements, travel insurance, and international travel regulations.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in travel consultancy, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with global travel destinations and online booking platforms is an advantage.
Working Hours
