Estrella Estates, a premier independent living community for active seniors in Goodyear, is seeking a friendly and energetic Housekeeper/Server to join our team. This role combines light housekeeping duties with serving meals, ensuring our residents enjoy a clean, welcoming, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms and community common areas


• Manage laundry and linen services


• Serve meals to residents at their tables, providing a positive dining experience


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff

Skills & Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older


• Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and courteously with residents


• General knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures


• Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required


• Strong team player mentality and ability to collaborate effectively


• Friendly, professional, and energetic personality with a passion for improving the lives of seniors
