Job Summary
PlayTest Lab is seeking passionate and detail-oriented Remote Console Game Testers to join our dynamic team. As a Game Tester, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating the quality, functionality, and overall experience of our console games before release. You will identify bugs, provide detailed feedback, and collaborate with developers to ensure an exceptional gaming experience for players worldwide. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of console games across various platforms, including PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo consoles.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and gameplay issues with accuracy and clarity.
- Test game features, controls, graphics, and user interfaces to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Work closely with developers and QA teams to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
- Provide detailed feedback on gameplay mechanics, storylines, and user experience improvements.
- Follow test plans, execute test cases, and maintain comprehensive records of testing outcomes.
- Participate in regular virtual meetings and collaborate with the QA team to improve testing procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong passion for gaming and familiarity with various gaming genres.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of console game mechanics and gaming platforms.

Experience
