RhythmHive Studios is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Remote Dance Instructors to join our online teaching team. This role is perfect for passionate dancers who want to share their expertise, inspire students of all levels, and create engaging virtual dance experiences. You will deliver live online dance classes in your chosen style, guide students through structured routines, and help them achieve their fitness, performance, and artistic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging online dance classes for individuals and groups across different age ranges.


• Design lesson plans tailored to student levels, goals, and dance styles.


• Provide constructive feedback and personal guidance to enhance student performance.


• Demonstrate dance techniques clearly and safely for virtual learning environments.


• Record short tutorial clips or practice sessions for student reference when required.


• Encourage creativity, discipline, and confidence in students.


• Stay updated on new dance trends, techniques, and teaching methods.


• Maintain a positive and professional online presence that reflects the values of RhythmHive Studios.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong background in one or more dance styles (e.g., hip-hop, contemporary, ballet, salsa, jazz, Bollywood, freestyle, or others).


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach and motivate students remotely.


• Proficiency in using online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or similar.


• Reliable internet connection, good camera setup, and a suitable space for demonstrating moves.


• Passion for teaching and inspiring others through dance.

Experience

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a dance instructor, choreographer, or performer.


• Prior online teaching experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Flexible, part-time schedule with classes typically ranging from 1–2 hours per session.


• Opportunities to choose your availability for weekday or weekend classes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of dance theory, rhythm, and body movement.
