Job Summary
DesignFlow Studios is seeking a talented and motivated UX Designer to join our remote product teams. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences for our clients’ web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create seamless user journeys that solve real-world problems while maintaining a visually appealing interface. This is a fully remote opportunity, offering flexibility, creativity, and exposure to a variety of innovative projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to ensure designs meet business objectives.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows to guide design strategy.
- Continuously analyze and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Ensure design consistency across multiple platforms while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation in product design.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design work for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of interaction design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
Experience
- Minimum of 2–4 years of professional UX design experience, preferably in a digital product or agency environment.
- Experience working in a fully remote setup or distributed team is highly advantageous.
Working Hours
- Flexible remote work schedule, aligned with project deadlines.
- Occasional participation in team meetings or client calls may require overlapping hours across time zones.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Deep empathy for users and the ability to translate research insights into actionable design solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output.
- Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
