ArchiPlan Designs, a leading innovator in architectural visualization and design solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Online Architecture Design Assistant to join our remote team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse architectural projects, supporting senior architects and design teams in conceptualizing, planning, and executing cutting-edge designs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about modern architecture, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling design concepts.




Key Responsibilities



  • Assist senior architects and designers in developing architectural drawings, floor plans, 3D models, and renderings.

  • Support the preparation of design documentation, presentations, and project proposals.

  • Conduct research on materials, building codes, and design trends to provide informed recommendations.

  • Collaborate with team members via online platforms to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Manage digital files, CAD libraries, and project documentation in an organized and accessible manner.

  • Perform minor revisions and updates to existing designs based on feedback from clients or senior architects.

  • Ensure design accuracy, adherence to specifications, and compliance with architectural standards.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar architectural software.

  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, building materials, and construction methods.

  • Excellent visual and spatial awareness with an eye for design detail.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.

  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly in written and visual formats.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.




Experience



  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or related fields.

  • Experience working remotely or collaborating with distributed teams is an advantage.

  • Internship experience in architectural offices or design studios will be considered.




Working Hours



  • Flexible working hours with a minimum of 20–25 hours per week.

  • Availability to attend online meetings and collaborate with the team across different time zones.
