Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy blockchain-based applications, smart contracts, and decentralized systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver blockchain solutions.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of blockchain platforms.
- Maintain and improve existing blockchain applications.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Research and stay updated with emerging blockchain trends, technologies, and protocols.
- Write clear technical documentation to support development processes and client requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger, or Solana.
- Hands-on experience with smart contract development using Solidity, Rust, or Go.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Node.js.
- Understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus algorithms, and decentralized protocols.
- Experience with Web3 libraries and frameworks (e.g., Web3.js, Ethers.js).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience
- 2–5 years of professional experience in blockchain development or related software engineering roles.
- Previous contributions to open-source blockchain projects or decentralized applications is highly valued.
Working Hours
