Job Summary

NeuralLabs is seeking a highly motivated AI & ML Intern to join our dynamic research and development team, focusing on cutting-edge computer vision projects. This internship offers hands-on experience in developing, testing, and deploying computer vision models, working with real-world datasets, and contributing to innovative AI solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about machine learning, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to gain practical experience in the AI/ML domain.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, developing, and optimizing computer vision models using state-of-the-art algorithms and frameworks.
  • Preprocess, analyze, and label large-scale image and video datasets.
  • Collaborate with the AI research team to implement end-to-end ML pipelines.
  • Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and suggest improvements.
  • Document research findings, model architectures, and technical workflows.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in computer vision and AI technologies.
  • Support team members in integrating computer vision solutions into production applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, deep learning, and computer vision algorithms (e.g., CNNs, object detection, segmentation).
  • Hands-on experience with Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, scikit-learn, or Keras.
  • Familiarity with data preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Good communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate with a team.

Experience

  • Prior experience with AI/ML projects, either academic, personal, or professional, is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exposure to computer vision competitions, hackathons, or open-source contributions is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with a minimum commitment of 20–25 hours per week.
  • Remote work is allowed; occasional on-site meetings may be scheduled based on project requirements.

  • Ability to understand complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
