Job Summary

CloudPro is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cloud Support Intern with a passion for cloud computing and emerging technologies. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing, troubleshooting, and supporting cloud environments across AWS and Microsoft Azure platforms. The role is designed for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, operations, and technical support while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As a Cloud Support Intern, you will gain practical exposure to cloud architecture, deployment, monitoring, and incident management, preparing you for a career in cloud engineering, DevOps, or IT support.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
Monitor cloud environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud services, virtual machines, storage, and networking.
Support deployment and automation tasks using cloud-native tools and scripts.
Document procedures, configurations, and incident reports for internal knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with senior engineers and IT teams to optimize cloud operations and resources.
Participate in learning sessions and gain hands-on experience with cloud security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures.
Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and IAM.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Storage, and Azure Active Directory.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals, virtualization, and operating systems (Linux/Windows).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new cloud technologies.

Experience

No prior professional experience is required; this internship is ideal for students, fresh graduates, or early-career professionals interested in cloud technology.
Hands-on lab exercises, personal projects, or coursework in cloud computing will be an advantage.

Working Hours

Full-time internship: 40 hours per week.
Flexible working hours and remote work options may be available.
Duration: 3–6 months with the possibility of full-time employment based on performance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Understanding of cloud infrastructure, deployment models, and service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Ability to analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Familiarity with monitoring and reporting tools.
