Job Summary


CodeLabs is seeking a motivated and talented Full Stack Developer Intern with hands-on skills in Java and Spring framework. This internship is designed for individuals eager to gain real-world experience in software development while contributing to innovative projects. The role provides an opportunity to work across the entire software stack—from designing backend APIs to implementing dynamic front-end features. You will collaborate with experienced developers and mentors to build scalable, high-performance applications in a fast-paced environment.




Key Responsibilities



  • Assist in the design, development, and deployment of web applications using Java and Spring framework.

  • Build and maintain both front-end and back-end components, ensuring responsive and efficient user experiences.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.

  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting software issues.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute innovative ideas to improve development processes.

  • Assist in developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services as required.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Strong understanding of Java programming and the Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).

  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular.

  • Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate).

  • Basic understanding of version control tools like Git/GitHub.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.




Experience



  • No prior professional experience is required.

  • Academic projects or personal projects demonstrating full-stack development capabilities are highly preferred.




Working Hours



  • Full-time or part-time internship options available.

  • Flexible working hours with remote or hybrid work arrangements.

  • Duration: 3–6 months, with potential for extension based on performance.
