Job Summary:
MNC JOBS INFO is seeking enthusiastic and professional Evening Waiters and Stewards to join prestigious hotels in Chennai. As an Evening Waiter/Steward, you will ensure smooth dining operations during evening shifts, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and provide outstanding service that reflects the hotel’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Take orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely service.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables in accordance with operational procedures.
- Support the kitchen and bar staff in order preparation and delivery.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Address guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock of cutlery, crockery, and linen.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food handling, table service, and hygiene standards.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel or restaurant service preferred.
- Experience in fine dining or high-volume hotel operations is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- Evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM), including weekends and public holidays as per hotel requirements.

- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and service standards.
