Key Responsibilities



  • Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries.

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure proper record-keeping.

  • Assist in coordinating office activities and events as needed.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/degree in administration or related field is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Tamil is advantageous.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.




Experience



  • Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or in administrative support is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience handling office operations in a corporate or customer-facing environment is an advantage.




Working Hours



  • Part-time evening shift: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  • Flexibility to adjust hours occasionally based on business needs.
