Key Responsibilities

- Monitor stock levels, perform inventory checks, and report discrepancies.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
- Ensure the store remains clean, safe, and well-maintained during the shift.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic numeracy and computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment.

Experience
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours
- Evening shift: Typically 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (flexible depending on store operations).
- Weekend availability may be required.
