MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Associate for our evening shift operations in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers, resolving queries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate unresolved issues.
- Provide product or service information and guide customers on usage or procedures.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes or services.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards set by the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any discipline) from a recognized board/university.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Tamil is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in customer support or call center operations is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Chennai local time).
- Flexible scheduling may be offered based on business needs.
