Key Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Resolve order-related issues, such as delivery status, payment discrepancies, cancellations, and returns.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Provide product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.

  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or similar tools.

  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
