Key Responsibilities

- Maintain customer records, log interactions, and follow up on pending issues.

- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and share feedback with the management team.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices for customer interactions.
- Assist in upselling or cross-selling company products and services where applicable.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome to apply – no prior experience is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate or graduate degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional knowledge of Tamil or Hindi is a bonus).
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills with the ability to offer solutions effectively.
- Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and online tools).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work either from home or from the office, depending on preference and role availability.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Any prior customer service experience, even if through internships or part-time jobs.
- Familiarity with CRM software or helpdesk tools.
- Ability to speak additional languages such as Tamil or Hindi is a plus.
