Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer feedback, survey results, and behavioral data to identify key trends and patterns.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Curiosity and a passion for understanding customer behavior.
Basic knowledge of customer experience metrics (CSAT, NPS, CES) is a plus.
Experience
Prior internship or project experience in customer analytics, data analysis, or business strategy is a plus but not mandatory.
