Job Summary

Disney Finance Division is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Finance & Business Strategy Intern to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and business research to provide insights for financial planning and investment strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through detailed data analysis.
  • Participate in the development of presentations and reports for business reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modeling tools is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

  • Prior internship or coursework in finance, accounting, business strategy, or consulting is preferred but not required.
  • Exposure to financial analysis, market research, or strategic planning is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time internship (typically 35–40 hours per week)
  • Flexible work schedule may be considered for outstanding candidates.
