Job Summary


Disney Consumer Products is seeking a highly motivated and analytical E-commerce Business Analyst Intern to join our dynamic digital team. Key Responsibilities



  • Assist in analyzing e-commerce performance metrics and identifying key trends in sales, customer behavior, and product engagement.

  • Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to inform strategic decisions for Disney’s e-commerce initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, and IT to ensure alignment of business strategies with e-commerce operations.

  • Participate in project planning, data collection, and reporting processes to optimize online sales performance and customer experience.

  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to drive improvements in website traffic, conversion rates, and revenue growth.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization) and Google Sheets.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or similar) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.




Experience



  • Previous internships or academic projects in business analysis, e-commerce, digital marketing, or data analytics are preferred but not mandatory.

  • Hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools is a strong advantage.




Working Hours



  • This is a full-time internship, typically requiring 35–40 hours per week.

  • Flexible working hours may be available, with remote or hybrid work options depending on departmental needs.
