Disney Data Labs is seeking highly motivated and analytical interns to join our Data Science Analytics Team. Key Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with the Analytics Team to design and implement data models, algorithms, and dashboards for business insights.

  • Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

  • Support the development and deployment of predictive models and machine learning solutions.

  • Prepare clear visualizations, reports, and presentations to communicate analytical findings to stakeholders.

  • Assist in data collection, cleansing, and validation processes to ensure data integrity.

  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve analytics workflows and operational efficiency.

  • Stay current with emerging trends in data science, analytics, and technology relevant to Disney’s business domains.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques, statistical modeling, and machine learning concepts.

  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or other data analysis programming languages.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

  • Strong communication skills to present complex data insights effectively.




Experience



  • Prior coursework, projects, or internships in data analysis, machine learning, or related fields are preferred.

  • Practical experience with real-world datasets, predictive modeling, or data-driven projects is highly valued.




Working Hours



  • This is a full-time internship program.
