Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the film development team in reviewing and analyzing scripts, treatments, and story ideas for potential production.

- Support the creation of pitch materials, presentations, and development reports for internal and external stakeholders.

- Perform administrative tasks and project coordination as needed to facilitate smooth operations of the development department.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Film Studies, Media, Communications, Creative Writing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate scripts and story concepts critically.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

Working Hours
- Full-time or part-time internships are available, depending on program requirements and university scheduling.
- Typical hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for remote or hybrid participation where applicable.
- Duration: 10–12 weeks (summer or semester-based) with potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Deep understanding of narrative structures, character development, and cinematic storytelling.
- Familiarity with film industry standards, production pipelines, and intellectual property considerations.
