Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up on open issues.

  • Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer support processes and enhance the customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Freshers are welcome to apply – no prior experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor degree is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Tamil or Hindi is a bonus).
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

  • Prior experience in customer service or call center roles (internship experience is acceptable).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or helpdesk software.
  • Knowledge of any additional languages like Tamil or Hindi.
